Finishing Touches

Studio View

I went in and finished the final refinements in this second face last Thursday. The final refinements in a sculpture are always fun because they’re relatively mindless to do, there’s very low risk of messing up the piece because the majority of the forms are already well established, and because it’s highly satisfying to bring a piece to full completion.

In other news, my work is featured on the blog Shrink Rap, a blog written by three psychiatrists. Read the article here. I also did an interview for Japan Cinema that you can read here.
